Residential Support Worker - Night Shift Role

What The Role Looks Like
As a Night Support Worker, you will:
- Provide emotional support to young people aged 8–18 with diverse needs
- Help with day-to-day activities (bathing, dressing, school attendance)
- Create strong relationships in a team setting
Our homes accommodate young people with autism, learning difficulties, social, emotional and mental health needs. Challenges are met through lasting memories and rewarding progress.
