The Opportunity
Our Support Workers are our greatest asset. Whether you’re new to care or already experienced as a Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant, or Care Assistant, what matters most is your compassionate values.
Location: Gretton House, a peaceful village
While the setting is serene, the atmosphere inside is lively and bustling with fun. The individuals we support are at the heart of everything we do. They take ownership of their care and daily life, engaging in activities like:

- Participating in meal preparation with the chef, learning about nutrition and making healthy choices to support PWS (Prader-Willi Syndrome).

- Community involvement: Supporting outings, leisure activities, and special occasions, ensuring every day feels celebrated.
- Effective communication, adapting to individual needs and enabling them to connect with others.
Shifts & Schedule
- Rotational Nights – 19 hours per week.
