This fast-growing independent firm features a newly created Incentives team established to support the rapidly growing demand from UK-based Film, TV, and Video Games productions. Utilizing the robust support of an established production accounting team and a specialized subsidiary audit function, this rapidly expanding team enjoys an environment focused on productivity and profitability, offering a much lighter touch than traditional timesheet culture. The client base is exceptionally strong in independent film production, feature documentaries, and TV series, maintaining powerful ties to the US market.

As a Creative Sector Accounting & Advisory Senior you will:
- Support and advise independent producers and production companies on tax credit relief, statutory accounts, and corporation tax compliance.
- Deliver specialized ad-hoc advisory projects including advising on film structures, the flow of rights, and British Film Institute (BFI) cultural tests.
- Draft detailed opinion letters for financiers to facilitate production funding and structural clarity.
As the successful candidate you will:
- Be ACA/ACCA qualified or finalist – ideally with 1st time passes.
- Demonstrate a strong professional background in audit and a distinct desire to pivot your career toward a pure advisory and compliance workload.
- Have direct exposure to or a strong, demonstrable passion for the creative sector, particularly independent film, documentaries, and television series.
