KDH Refrigeration is a specialist provider in the design, installation, service, and maintenance of refrigeration, air conditioning, and HVAC systems across the UK. We primarily support the Food & Beverage sector, working with manufacturers, distributors, cold storage warehouses, blast chillers, freezers, supermarkets, restaurants, offices, and amenity areas.
About the Role
No two days are the same for our team of engineers.
We are looking to recruit Subcontract Mobile Refrigeration & HVAC Service Engineers to join our existing London Team, working predominantly, but not exclusively, within the M25.
You will be responsible for diagnosing refrigeration & HVAC faults and carrying out repairs at our customers' facilities. Typical equipment will range from medium-sized industrial packs at production facilities, refrigerated counter units in restaurants, multi-deck display units at supermarkets, cold storage and freezer systems, and air conditioning equipment within offices and amenity areas.

Responsibilities
- Responding to service calls
- Conducting routine inspections
- Commissioning new equipment
- Ensuring systems operate efficiently and safely
Accurate documentation of works carried out and clear communication with customers and the internal team are essential.
Requirements
- A minimum of five years' relevant experience
- A full driving licence
- F-Gas qualifications
- The desire to overcome engineering challenges while providing first-class customer service

Highly desirable:
- Experience in fault finding, maintenance, repair, commissioning, and customer-facing service work
- The ability to interpret technical drawings, service manuals, and digital monitoring data
