An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Ward Clerk to join a forward-thinking team based within CSU 8. The service provides a wide range of services encompassing acute medicine. Our aim to provide high-quality care to our patients with excellent patient experience outcomes.
Attention to detail, organisational skills with precise and clear communication are vital parts of this important role alongside good IT skills.
Full support and internal training will be offered to the successful candidate.
This role is covering cross-site (including Hartlepool)

- Administrative support to ward staff
- Liaising with other departments within the Trust and outside the organisation

This role is an integral part in the achievement of the Trust's strategic objectives.
The post holder will be required to assist in the provision of a professional, high-quality effective and efficient administrative and clerical support service to a multi-disciplinary team that meets the needs of the service and the requirements of all related policies, procedures and guidelines, meeting the high demands of the post, and working to tight deadlines whilst remaining calm, flexible and organised.
