Administration Assistant – Ward
Location: Wessex Hospital

Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time
Salary: £25,545 per annum depending on experience
Hours per week: 37.5

As an Administration Assistant in our Ward department at our Wessex Hospital, you’re able to manage, appraise and interpret the data. What’s more, you know how to present this in a timely and professional manner.
Ideally, you have an NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent, but this isn’t essential.
Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries and general queries
- Put your strong IT and keyboard skills to work
- Maintain databases
- Provide a range of secretarial services, including minute taking and diary management.
Having experience within an administrative or customer-facing environment would be a real advantage.

About Wessex Hospital
Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital is a stunning 46 bedded private hospital in West Hampshire with specialisms in Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Urology, Women’s Health and Spinal surgery. The hospital also benefits from having onsite Radiology, Pathology, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy and Hydrotherapy so we can give our patients a complete package of care.
There are 16 consulting rooms with specialty outpatient rooms, 46 private patient bedrooms with en-suite facilities, 24 hr resident doctor on site (RMO) and four operating theatres and one endoscopy suite.
