We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic team player with proven admin skills. You need to be flexible and reliable to provide efficient and effective admin duties supporting the multi-disciplinary team in the Peter Moorehead Renal unit. We are seeking confident individuals with excellent communication skills and a professional, tactful, and diplomatic approach to work within our busy department.
This is a demanding but interesting and varied role. The successful candidate must possess the ability to work as part of a team and the initiative to work unsupervised when necessary. An understanding of confidentiality is essential, as well as a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You must be educated to a GCSE grade 4/C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent experience) and have experience working in an admin environment.

Previous hospital experience would be desirable. Effective communication skills and excellent keyboard skills are also essential. Full training for this post will be provided.
As a ward clerk, you will be working within the Peter Moorehead Haemodialysis unit to provide a comprehensive administrative service.
You will be dealing with members of the public, internal and external agencies, a combination of reception-based work, and coordinating patients' transportation.
We are looking for somebody enthusiastic, polite, and professional with great communication skills to join our hard-working team. They will need experience in dealing with members of the public and providing an excellent service. In addition to this, we are looking for someone comfortable performing office duties such as answering phones and with previous experience using IT systems.
