About the Role
We are seeking a professional and dedicated individual to provide a comprehensive reception service for Coombes/Downlands ward at Worthing Hospital. As the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer care. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and diplomacy, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience at all times.
