Up To £57,324 Per Annum Depending On Experience
37.5 hours per week
We are looking for a Ward Manager for our Hospital to help us build a healthier nation. You’re a qualified RGN with NMC registration and a mentorship qualification. You’ve already worked as a Junior Sister / Charge Nurse or Ward Manager. Either way, you hold considerable nursing management experience and you’re organised, highly motivated and engaged with strong leadership skills
As a Ward Manager, you will:
- Manage the day to day running of our ward department
- Lead a team of highly qualified nurses
- Ensure we deliver excellent patient care
- Use your existing knowledge to help shape a superior patient experience
