Ward Manager - Jubilee Ward

We are seeking a caring, compassionate experienced clinician to take up the role of Ward Manager on Jubilee Ward. The successful candidate can demonstrate excellent leadership skills, delegate effectively, and work effectively and efficiently as part of a multi-disciplinary team. We are looking for a committed and conscientious ward manager to join our team. The successful applicant will need to be willing to work 9-5.

Role Overview

The Ward Manager provides visible, compassionate leadership and is accountable for the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred mental health care within the ward. The post holder ensures safe staffing, high clinical standards, and a therapeutic environment that supports recovery. They lead and develop the nursing team, promote evidence-based practice, and work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
