We are looking for an experienced Warden Call Service Engineer to join our growing team, covering South East London. The Role
As a Warden Call Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, fault-finding, maintaining, and repairing warden call systems across occupied social housing properties. You'll attend both planned preventative maintenance visits and reactive call-outs, ensuring systems remain reliable, compliant, and fully operational.
Package
- Salary of up to £42,000, depending on experience.
- Company van provided.
- Fuel card supplied.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and maintain warden call systems.
- Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently.
- Test systems to ensure they are operating correctly following repairs.
- Complete accurate service reports and maintenance records.
- Provide a professional and courteous service when working in occupied homes and communal areas.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.

Requirements
- Proven experience servicing and fault-finding on warden call systems.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
