Warehouse Administrator

Warehouse Administrator – Part-Time (15 Hours/Week)

We are recruiting a Warehouse Administrator to support our operation at our distribution centre in Appleton, Warrington, on a permanent Part Time basis.

Job Details

  • Hours: 15 hours per week – Saturdays and Sundays, 09:00 to 17:00
  • Pay Rate:
    • £13.69 per hour (day shifts)
    • £14.85 per hour (afternoon, late, and night shifts)

About the Role

You will be a key part of our warehouse team, supporting operational efficiency, administration, and customer interactions. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

  • General administrative tasks, such as:
    • Inputting data (keying in figures)
    • Filing and organising paperwork
  • Inventory and logistics support:
    • Booking goods into the warehouse
    • Arranging pallet transfers
    • Confirming paired picks (order handling)
  • Customer and supplier relations:
    • Working closely with internal commercial teams and senior managers
    • Collaborating with third-party drivers
    • Maintaining a polite and professional telephone manner
    • Using initiative to resolve queries efficiently
