Warehouse Administrator

Warehouse Administrator (Part-Time Temporary Role)

Stadium Way • Shift: Saturday & Sunday (08:00–16:30) • 6 Months

About the Role Our Warehouse Administrators drive the backbone of our logistics operation, ensuring stock data matches physical movements—critical for seamless customer deliveries. This role bridges the warehouse floor and Head Office, transforming raw data into actionable insights for operational success.

We provide full training on our internal systems, so whether you’re a seasoned Stock Controller, Inventory Assistant, or Data Administrator, you’ll gain the skills and support to thrive in our dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock Integrity Maintain precise daily stock records, adjusting inventory data to guarantee 100% accuracy.

  • Problem Solving Lead investigations into daily stock discrepancies to resolve discrepancies efficiently.

  • Collaborative Liaison Work closely with Product Quality & Compliance, merchandisers, and technologists to handle faulty items and update rework reports.

  • Reporting Produce detailed daily and weekly reports for management, aiding strategic decision-making.

  • Systems Management Navigate and update platforms including Matflow, Mainframe, STS, Google Drive, NPMS, and Vision.

  • Stakeholder Communication Represent the role professionally, liaising with internal teams, Head Office, and third-party suppliers.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience Strong background in administration, ideally within warehouse or logistics, with a focus on stock tracking.

  • Technical Savvy Proficient in PC use, especially Microsoft Excel (comfortable with formulas, macros, and data reporting).

  • Communication Skills Clear, confident written and verbal communication with colleagues across all levels.

  • Organization & Accuracy Ability to manage high-paced workloads while maintaining precision in data handling and investigations.
