Warehouse Administrator - Snetterton

Kinaxia are looking to recruit a Warehouse Administrator to join their team at their site in Snetterton. The role of the Warehouse Administrator will be to provide general administrative support for the warehouse department to ensure effective and efficient service levels are being delivered and maintained.

Working Hours

  • Monday - Friday
  • 40 hours per week

About The Job

  • Complete general administrative duties in an efficient and effective manner to deliver a world class service;
  • Maintain the warehouse stock system by accurately inputting the required data, in addition to checking and reconciling data where appropriate and identifying and resolving any discrepancies to ensure 100% accuracy;
  • Prepare and cross check all documentation relating to the movement of goods in order to meet customer service levels;
  • Communicate with the warehouse/customers to ensure smooth day to day maintenance of stock control;
  • Answer and direct queries promptly and in a professional manner providing accurate information to ensure excellent customer service is being delivered;
  • Maintain a relevant and structured filing system to establish an organised department;
  • Work in a safe and tidy manner complying with all health and safety regulations to ensure both yourself and the Company are compliant.

  • Warehouse industry and stock management systems desirable
  • Microsoft packages
  • General administration tasks, preferably in the haulage industry
  • Supporting a department with general administration tasks
  • Working with stock management systems, is desirable
