About the Role

We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our dynamic Operations team.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily warehouse operations. From coordinating schedules and managing inventory data to liaising with courier networks and supporting our store footprint, you will play a critical part in keeping our supply chain moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Administration & Scheduling
    • Coordinate daily warehouse schedules, plan operational workflows, and update the production board to maintain team visibility.
    • Manage employee timesheets, attendance records, and administrative documentation.
    • Monitor and manage Pick/Drop Studio processes to guarantee tasks are completed on time.
    • Accurately complete and maintain critical operational paperwork (including IN001 and IN002 documentation).

  • Inventory & Quality Control

    • Conduct pairing quality checks to maintain high-quality standards and accuracy.
    • Manage carton allocation, tracking, and overall warehouse material stock levels.
    • Support the Goods In process (receiving, checking, and logging deliveries).
    • Coordinate inventory top-ups and replenishment for our store network.
  • Logistics & Courier Coordination

    • Execute courier departure checklists to ensure flawless, on-time dispatches.
    • Coordinate store network collections and monitor active transport arrangements.
    • Process returns and manage stock recall updates linked to IN001 documentation.
    • Act as the key point of contact for couriers and internal teams to resolve delivery issues.
  • Store Support & Escalations

    • Provide exceptional support by resolving store-level escalations efficiently and professionally.
    • Maintain clear, consistent communication with stores regarding stock movements, collections, and returns.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: Proven experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or operational support is highly preferred.
  • Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and hands on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Organisation: Exceptional multitasking skills with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with both warehouse floor staff and store managers.
  • Problem Solver: A proactive attitude with the ability to handle pressure and meet tight daily deadlines.
