Job title: Warehouse Administrator

Location: Hemel Hempstead, HP2 4ZB

Hours: Full Time – 40 hours per week

Salary: £29,000 per annum

Start date: Immediate

Our role…

As part of our commitment to innovation and development, we are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our growing Warehouse team. Based at our Hemel Hempstead site, this role’s main purposes will include supporting the UK and overall site operational team to ensure the highest level of service, quality and efficiency within the operation to support the business in achieving its goals.

Responsibilities will include…

  • Process and file all relevant documentation in line with the business requirements.
  • Produce all required documents and labels for the day-to-day operations.
  • Verify and check all outbound raw materials and communicate COA’s to external parties.
  • Own the audit and purchasing of all consumables and goods required for the entire operation.
  • Produce ASN’s wh3ere required for the UK operation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure business goals are met.
  • Ensure inbound and outbound drivers are received and despatched efficiently and politely.
  • Oversee and manage the CHEP pallet account on site.
  • Be aware of quality standards and regulations, challenging anything that falls short of these standards.

Requirements:

  • High organisational capabilities and time management skills.
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience working with SAP (Desirable).
