Warehouse Administrator – Snetterton Site
Kinaxia are seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join their team.
Location: Snetterton (onsite)
Contract: Permanent, Monday – Friday | Hours: 40 hours per week
About the Role
The Warehouse Administrator will provide general administrative support to the warehouse department, ensuring effective and efficient service levels are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete general administrative duties efficiently to deliver a world-class service
- Maintain the warehouse stock system by accurately inputting data, checking/reconciling information, and resolving discrepancies to ensure 100% accuracy
- Prepare, verify, and cross-check all documentation related to goods movement to meet customer service levels
- Communicate with warehouse teams/customers to ensure smooth stock control and daily operations
- Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information for excellent customer service
- Manage a well-organised filing system, establishing an orderly administrative process
- Work safely and tidily, adhering to all health and safety regulations for both themselves and Kinaxia

Requirements & Desirable Experience
- Knowledge:
- Basic administrative principles
- Familiarity with worsehouse and stock management systems (desirable)
- Experience with Microsoft Office packages
- General experience in haulage/haulage-related administrative tasks
- Additional: Supporting a department with administrative functions
- Desirable: Hands-on experience with stock management systems
