About Selecta
Selecta operates across 16 countries within Europe, serving 12 million people every day. Within the UK we deliver a national service, relied on and trusted by circa 3,500 businesses to serve tasty beverages and snacks at a variety of locations from workplaces to schools, universities and hospitals and everywhere in-between.
We are hiring a candidate to join our Warehouse Operations Team on a fixed term contract for 1 year and play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end administrative workload that are required to servicing our customers. The position requires a combination of logistical expertise, administrative skills, and a people-first mentality.
Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Compiling daily/ weekly movement report
- Compile and maintain the daily/ weekly movement tracker that all our installations and movements are based on by accessing the ordering system and translating that information into a simplified format
- Confidently communicate the plan to other internal stakeholders

3PL coordination
- Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to remotely create machine portfolios and accounts to enable full functionality of our machines
- Liaise with our chosen 3rd party supplier to attach branding to our machines as required

SIM card deactivation
- Work closely with the warehouse manager to collate all returned SIM cards and deactivate them in accordance with established processes

Outbound machine labelling
- Work with the warehouse team to ensure all machines that have passed out PDI checks are correctly labelled and ready for collection by our logistics partners

Customer communication
- Liaise with our customers to notify them when their machine movements will be taking place, and adjust the movement planner accordingly
DISPOSITION:
- Confident, with a high level of self-motivation, possessing the ability to work to own initiative for long periods of time
- To have a positive impact on performance within the organization
- Process and rule driven mindset with an aversion to risk
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a high level of written and spoken English
- Ability to thrive in a high pressure and complex environment
- Display a high level of organisational skills
- Able to manage confidential information
- Exceptional Multi-tasking skills
- Experience of collaborating with colleagues in other departments
- Enthusiastic, team player with a drive to get hands on and ‘stuck in'
- Experience in Microsoft, particularly Excel
- Experience of using bespoke systems
