PURPOSE OF ROLE:
To provide accurate administration support to a busy warehouse office
HOURS:
Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 3.30pm.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Checking all Third Party Logistics transfer paperwork, raise and resolve any queries then transfer onto the ERP system
- To create daily pick sheets for the external warehouse
- To create delivery notes for direct despatches / 3PL Warehouse as required
- Pallet dehires
- Despatch stock on the ERP system
- Complete Return Merchandise Authorisation for customer stock returns
- Monitor batch rotation against despatch notes
- Input Customer orders
- Finished product stock reconciliation
- Cover for other warehouse tasks as required
- The job holder is required to do all tasks considered as relevant by their line manager
- Responsible for Food Safety, Quality and Legality
