At Willis Lease Finance Corporation (WLFC), we are dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. The Warehouse & Quality Operations Specialist is a critical hands-on, individual contributor role responsible for ensuring seamless execution of all warehouse, shipping, quality inspection, and inventory control activities. This technical role will report directly to the Sr. Director, Quality & Operations and support the Head of Material & Solutions, EMEA.
About the Role
The Warehouse & Quality Operations Specialist ensures that incoming and outgoing materials meet company, regulatory, and customer requirements, while maintaining strict adherence to quality standards, traceability, and inventory accuracy. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, expertise in inventory management, and a commitment to compliance.
Key Focus Areas
- Warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving -Quality inspection, compliance, and inventory control
- Cross-functional collaboration with relevant teams
Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations & Material Handling
- Handle, store, and safely package materials
- Load/unload materials for effective material flow
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Pick and process outbound orders with precision
- Maintain organized storage and safety standards

Shipping & Logistics
- Prepare shipments and accompanying documentation
- Ensure ATA Specification (ATA Spec 300) compliance
- Coordinate with logistics carriers
- Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies
Receiving & Quality Inspection
- Perform receiving and final inspections
- Verify aviation traceability documentation
- Process non-conforming materials for correction
- Maintain inspection records for compliance
Inventory Management
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Maintain inventory accuracy and control
- Manage scrap and reconciliation processes
Systems & Documentation
- Process all ERP transactions (preferred experience with Quantum)
- Maintain digital records and documentation
- Ensure document traceability for audits
- Support record audits and compliance requirements
Audit & Compliance
- Provide active support for audits and inspections
- Ensure adherence to ISO and ASA compliance standards
- Maintain audit readiness through records management
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or aviation-related operations
- Strong knowledge of aviation documentation and compliance
- Experience with ERP systems (preferred: Quantum)
- Forklift certification
- Proficiency in identifying and solving logistics or technical issues
