The Role
This role sits at the heart of our warehouse operation. As a Warehouse Assistant, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the site by handling goods in and out, preparing items for dispatch, and ensuring deliveries are processed accurately and on time to meet customer SLAs.

Who We Are
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

CitySprint is a UK-wide logistics business delivering same-day and time-critical services for customers who need things done right, first time. We work at pace, rely on good judgement, and trust our people to take ownership.
We’re also part of DPD and the wider Geopost group, which gives us the backing, scale and stability of a leading international delivery network — while CitySprint remains very much its own business, with a distinct focus and pace.
It’s a busy, fast-moving role where priorities can change quickly, and you’ll be trusted to stay organised, communicate clearly, and solve problems as they arise.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensure all deliveries are scanned, sorted and then loaded onto the correct vehicles and any amendments are reported.
- Ensure all consignment movements are correctly logged.
- Report any damages or missing items.
- Report any defective equipment to ensure that repairs are carried out quickly and efficiently.
- Assist in the effective implementation of any new procedure or systems.
- Provide assistance to load the courier’s vehicles and maintaining order during the loading period.
- Ensure that housekeeping of the warehouse is maintained to a high standard.
- Support the storage, order processing, picking and packing of the Service Centre consumable operation when required.
- Support off-site clients when required.
