Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join our busy Warehouse team, located at our Headquarters on Slough Trading Estate.

We are looking for a professional, personable and enthusiastic person who will help us to deliver the highest levels of operational effectiveness to our stockist, professional painter, interior designer and homeowner customers. The ideal candidate will have a track record of operational effectiveness and excellent performance in a warehouse environment.

As a Warehouse Assistant and Paint Mixing Machine Operative, you will support the Warehouse team by preparing, packing, and dispatching orders received through our e-commerce platform, as well as fulfilling bulk orders for our network of over 200 Authorized Stockists.

This job is on site and is located in Slough.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, pack, and dispatch e-commerce orders and stockist deliveries
  • Operate paint mixing machines to create custom colour orders
  • Safely off-load, receive, check, and unpack inbound deliveries
  • Manage stock movements and monitor inventory levels
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented warehouse environment
  • Follow all health & safety procedures and warehouse protocols
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines

Qualifications

  • A positive, flexible, and professional attitude, with a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn and grow within the company.
  • Experience in a warehouse/logistics environment
  • Experience in Trade or Paint-related sales advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An ability to work accurately in a methodical and tidy manner
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal English
  • Fork lift experience advantageous but not essential
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role, including manual handling of packages of up to 30kg
  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
