🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse management:
- Ensure efficient, super-organised operations daily.
- Monitor goods in/out flows and apply strict quality control.
- Maintain accurate stock records with maximum security.
- Implement loss-minimisation strategies for stocks/assets.

Customer & fitter coordination:
- Plan and proactively organise orders ahead of fitting partner schedules, preparing everything for on-time collections/installations.
- Work closely with multifaceted teams to deliver seamless experiences.

Mechanical & manual handling:
- Operate a forklift (training provided).
- Safely move, handle, and sort products to meet demands.

Compliance & teamwork:
- Adhere to Health, Safety & Security protocols.
- Collaborate with store teams to exceed customer expectations at every touchpoint.

You’re reliable, trustworthy, punctual, and thrive on exceeding expectations. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Team player – Understand how every job impacts customer success.
- Communication skills – Engage smoothly with colleagues, fitters, and customers (sometimes).
- Detail-oriented – Excel in checking stock accuracy and updating records (we trust technology but boosting diligence helps).
- Proactive planer – Thrive with advance stock organisation against chaotic schedules.
- Safety-conscious – Upholds manual/mechanical handling best practices.
