Warehouse assistant / Driver

We are looking to recruit a warehouse assistant / driver to join our team based in Balham, SW12.

A bit about us:

We hire out portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, heaters and water coolers to commercial and residential customers in Central London and within the M25 area. We have been in business for 25 years and work as a small team to offer a personal service to all our customers.

A bit about the job:

When the weather warms up we get busy. Very busy. We are looking for someone who can work either on their own in the warehouse, or with another driver to deliver our portable air conditioners and water coolers all over London. In the warehouse you'll be servicing / cleaning stock, prepping for deliveries and other general warehouse duties. From time to time you will also be out on deliveries (either as driver's mate, or on your own). You’ll need to load the correct equipment onto the van, securing the load to avoid any damage during transit. Once at the customer's premises you’ll need to deliver and set up all equipment where required and be able to demonstrate how to operate the units while on hire. Some problem solving will be required and so the ability to communicate well whilst working calmly under pressure will be very important – all with a smile on your face!

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
