Warehouse Assistant/Driver – Join TF Solutions

The Role

What Will You Be Doing?
You’ll play a key part in our small but dynamic warehouse team, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Warehouse Order & Delivery Management
- Oversee customer delivery preparations, stock organisation, and warehouse layout for efficiency
- Coordinate pick, pack, and dispatch of orders while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Assign and receive loads from cross-dock operations, ensuring no stock damage during transport

Driving & Delivery Execution
- Load company vehicles efficiently to minimise delivery times
- Deliver orders safely and accurately, verifying stock condition and obtaining proof of delivery signatures

Order Preparation & Production
- Assist with picking, checking, and packing orders before dispatch
- Handle customer returns by inspecting stock before processing

Operational & Safety Compliance
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and housekeeping standards
- Follow Health & Safety protocols, including correct manual handling techniques
- Complete daily/weekly paperwork and declarations

Continuous Improvement
- Plan and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
- Adapt quickly to changing operational demands
