About the Role
We are TF Solutions, the leading one-stop shop for Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Heat Pump products in the UK. With years of rapid growth, we’ve become a key player in our sector—and now part of the recognised industry leader: Travis Perkins Group, one of the UK’s best employers.
No prior experience in the sector is required. We’ll provide comprehensive on-boarding and induction to support your success.
Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Assistant/Driver, you’ll be a crucial part of our branch operations, contributing to a small but highly efficient warehouse team. Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring seamless customer deliveries, managing branch layout, and maintaining high standards in:
- Safety
- Storage efficiency
- Housekeeping
- Customer accessibility (helping them find products easily)

Loading company vehicles in an organised, efficient manner to avoid stock damage and minimise delivery times, while ensuring:
- Delivery notes match the loaded parcels (including cross-dock orders)

Making safe and accurate deliveries by:
- Visually inspecting stock condition
- Obtaining a proof-of-delivery signature
- Ensuring correct and timely deliveries to customer premises

Preparing orders for dispatch, including:
- Picking, checking, and securely packing items
- Supporting all warehouse operations as delegated by management

Handling customer returns safely and efficiently, including:
- Checking and signing for returned stock
- Ensuring compliance with return procedures

Maintaining accurate documentation, such as:
- Daily and weekly declarations
- Adhering to company paperwork processes

Keeping the working environment clean, safe, and organised while:
- Following all site Health & Safety policies
- Using correct manual handling techniques
- Prioritising tasks effectively to meet deadlines
