Warehouse Assistant/Driver – Join TF Solutions

About the Role

We are TF Solutions, the leading one-stop shop for Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Heat Pump products in the UK. With years of rapid growth, we’ve become a key player in our sector—and now part of the recognised industry leader: Travis Perkins Group, one of the UK’s best employers.

No prior experience in the sector is required. We’ll provide comprehensive on-boarding and induction to support your success.


Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Assistant/Driver, you’ll be a crucial part of our branch operations, contributing to a small but highly efficient warehouse team. Your responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring seamless customer deliveries, managing branch layout, and maintaining high standards in:
    • Safety
    • Storage efficiency
    • Housekeeping
    • Customer accessibility (helping them find products easily)

  • Loading company vehicles in an organised, efficient manner to avoid stock damage and minimise delivery times, while ensuring:

    • Delivery notes match the loaded parcels (including cross-dock orders)
  • Making safe and accurate deliveries by:

    • Visually inspecting stock condition
    • Obtaining a proof-of-delivery signature
    • Ensuring correct and timely deliveries to customer premises
  • Preparing orders for dispatch, including:

    • Picking, checking, and securely packing items
    • Supporting all warehouse operations as delegated by management
  • Handling customer returns safely and efficiently, including:

    • Checking and signing for returned stock
    • Ensuring compliance with return procedures
  • Maintaining accurate documentation, such as:

    • Daily and weekly declarations
    • Adhering to company paperwork processes
  • Keeping the working environment clean, safe, and organised while:

    • Following all site Health & Safety policies
    • Using correct manual handling techniques
    • Prioritising tasks effectively to meet deadlines
