Warehouse Assistant – HealthNet Homecare
About the Role
HealthNet Homecare is a leading provider of homecare services, supporting patients to receive treatment and care in the comfort of their own homes. From medication deliveries to specialist clinical nursing support—including injection training and the administration of IV and infusion therapies—we are dedicated to making healthcare more accessible and convenient.

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our busy operations team, joining a team that places our patients at the heart of everything we do.
Main Responsibilities
- Process inventory for delivery
- Store, organise, and maintain inventory in the correct location
- Process and store returned inventory
- Report immediately any damaged or missing inventory to the logistics manager
- Unload goods and allocate them to the correct stock location
- Update all logs and documentation related to inventory processing
- Ensure proper PPE is worn by all visitors to the warehouse
- Operate FLT (forklift Truck) and other motorised mechanical lift assists
- Maintain excellent standards of housekeeping within the warehouse
- Process and allocate all documentation
- Liaise with external couriers and transport providers to ensure stock for despatch is sent out on time and to quality standards
- Ensure manual and automated dispensing systems are supplied with stock to maintain efficient dispensing operations
- Ensure compliance with operational software systems and equipment guidelines, which may include:
- Stock selection
- Loading and sortation of orders
- Packing of orders via the automated dispensing system

Requirements
Essential:
- Experience in a warehouse environment
- Experience in handling or storing medication
- Experience using inventory software
