We are BSS.

What You’ll Do
Every day is different at BSS, but here’s a snapshot of what you can expect:
- Customer service at its best – Deliver the highest service standards in the warehouse by understanding and meeting customer needs, ensuring they leave with a smile.
- Safety first – Maintain high standards of housekeeping to keep everyone safe and productive in a clean workspace.
- Order processing and logistics – Help with processing orders, loading/unloading vehicles, and accurately booking deliveries into our systems.
- Stock management – Work as part of a team to maintain accurate stock levels, contributing to our branch’s profitability.

Who We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should be able to:
- Follow health and safety guidelines while processing stock in the warehouse.
- Provide best-in-class customer service with meaningful interactions.
- Self-motivate, multi-task, and stay organised in fast-paced environments.
- Contribute to a team environment, stepping in to support colleagues across the branch.
- Learn on the job—no prior expertise in insulation or interior building products is required.
