Your Tapi Responsibilities

Your key focus will be on keeping our warehouse running smoothly, ensuring smooth operations for fitters, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Here’s what the role entails:

  • Warehouse Operations:

    • Responsible for organising and maintaining the effective running of the Warehouse.
    • Oversee and manage deliveries to ensure quality control procedures are in place.
    • Monitor all goods in and goods out processes.
    • Ensure stock control procedures are followed to an excellent standard.
  • Stock and Security:

    • Maintain accurate and secure recording of stock and assets.
    • Develop and implement strategies to minimise stock loss.
    • Regularly plan and liaise with multiple fitting partners to optimise logistics.
  • Customer Order Coordination:

    • Proactively organise and plan customer orders in advance, ensuring they are ready for collection and installation.
    • Work with fitting partners to streamline deliveries and installations.
  • Mechanical and Manual Handling:

    • Operate a forklift truck (training provided).
    • Safely and efficiently move and handle stock within the warehouse.
    • Compliance with all Health, Safety & Security requirements.
