Warehouse Assistant


The Warehouse Assistant is essential to the safe and effective operation of our Warehouse facility. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for a variety of key functions ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly, including:

  • Handling Goods In and Stock Putaway
  • Managing Picking, Marshalling, and Loading activities
  • Ensuring products reach their destination efficiently

Training will be provided for operating Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) and RF scanning technology, with a focus on safe usage and equipment maintenance. Whether managing inventory, sorting pallets and totes, or upholding high warehouse hygiene standards, you will play a vital role in supporting operational excellence.


Shift Patterns

  • AM Shift: 6am – 1:30pm
  • PM Shift: 2pm – 9:30pm
  • Night Shift: 10pm – 5:30am Work any 5 days out of 7.

About You

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working individual with a strong work ethic and proactive attitude. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:

  • Essential:
    • Experience driving a LLOP (Light Logistics Operational Vehicle) or similar
  • Basic skills:
    • Literacy and numeracy with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
    • A solid grasp of Health & Safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe environment
    • Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred) and familiarity with stock handling procedures
  • Core competencies:
    • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in fast-paced environments, both independently and collaboratively
    • Outstanding communication skills and willingness to learn new processes, including warehouse technology and MHE operation
  • Personal attributes:
    • Self-motivated with a focus on getting results
    • Team player with a commitment to cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency
