Warehouse Associate
Warehouse Operator (Forklift) – QXO
About the Role

Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials in warehouse and yard environments
- Work outdoors with exposure to all weather conditions
- Verify order contents and maintain accurate documentation (pick tickets, inventory count sheets)
- Inspect, organize, maintain, and track inventory
- Uphold a daily commitment to safety and adhere strictly to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE
- Preserve a safe and clean work environment, including cleaning and painting duties

Requirements
- Experience driving forklifts and heavy equipment; warehouse experience is preferred
- Commitment to providing an outstanding experience to customers, vendors, and colleagues through effective verbal and written communication with a customer-first mindset
- Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Reliable transportation and ability to regularly work early morning hours
