About Myonex

Myonex is a leader in providing integrated clinical and commercial services to support the advancement of life-saving medicine.

We partner with pharmaceutical, biotechs, and contract research organizations (CROs) in both clinical and commercial stages, including companies managing advanced therapies. With locations in the US, Germany, UK and France, Myonex supports projects globally.

Built in 2017 and expanded in 2021, Myonex Leicester, our UK clinical trial storage and distribution facilities, manages both IMP/NIMP and equipment supplies. The local teams work in tandem with the other Myonex facilities for seamless clinical trial supply sourcing and distribution across Europe, particularly taking into account the impact of Brexit and QP oversight.

As our reach stretches further around the world, we are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join the Operations team on a part-time basis.

The Role

As a Warehouse Associate you’ll support the smooth running of our warehouse operations. This is a part time role working 27.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday. The position is scheduled for 5.5hrs per day with these hours being completed between 9am and 3.30pm, with exact working hours to be agreed with the successful applicant.

In this role, you’ll be working primarily with pharmaceuticals and so a close attention to detail and the ability to work accurately to written instructions will be vital. You will need to accurately pick and pack orders, receive shipments, ship products, control inventory and carry out housekeeping tasks. This is not a standard warehousing role and you will be working with highly regulated goods, with accuracy and precision.

About You

To join us as a Warehouse Associate, you’ll need:

  • Experience within warehousing, particularly in goods in/goods out operations, preferably in a pharmaceutical or other regulated environment
  • An intermediate understanding of MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • At a minimum, GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • A great eye for detail and an accurate approach to your work
  • The ability to follow written and verbal instructions closely
  • Strong communication skills and team ethic
