Warehouse Associate
Location: Hoxton (E2)
Working pattern: Onsite | Part-time | Shift-based (15 hours per week)
Pay: £14.40 per hour

From launching new sites to ensuring operational excellence across markets, we combine retail and hospitality expertise with operational rigour. We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our Hoxton team. Our Warehouse Associates are the beating heart of our day-to-day site operations. You’ll work closely with your management team to ensure our loyal customers get what they want when they need it, ensuring the smooth running of our Hop sites.

What You’ll Be Doing
Here’s What Your Day-to-day Might Look Like
- Execute precise order fulfillment by picking customer essentials quickly and accurately to meet delivery deadlines.
- Maintain product integrity by ensuring all goods received and dispatched meet our high standards for freshness and quality.
- Facilitate seamless logistics through clear communication with riders to ensure prompt order handovers.
- Drive inventory excellence by supporting the intake of daily stock deliveries and assisting with ongoing inventory management.
- Champion site safety and standards by maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment for the whole team.

What You’ll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments, with the ability to remain focused under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and high-quality stock control.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with teammates, managers, and riders.
- A proactive, hands-on mentality with a drive to solve problems as they arise on-site.
- A customer-first mindset, understanding that your speed and accuracy directly impact the user experience.
- Previous experience in FMCG, Retail, or Warehouse environments is valued but not required.
