Warehouse Coordinator – CEVA Logistics

As a fast-growing global leader, we’re seeking a proactive Warehouse Coordinator to join our Kettering team. In this critical role, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth inbound/outbound logistics, stock control, and picking processes while maintaining high safety and customer service standards.
About the Role
Are you an organised, hands-on logistics professional eager to take the next step in your career? CEVA is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to:
- Coordinate warehouse workflows across inbound, outbound, stock, and value-added operations.
- Allocate work efficiently, support warehouse operatives, and maintain operational performance.
- Ensure seamless customer experience by meeting/exceeding service levels while upholding Health & Safety (H&S) standards.
This role is the backbone of our Kettering site, ensuring all operations run safely, accurately, and customer-centric—propelling CEVA’s logistics solutions forward.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound inventory movement, stock control, and picking.
- Allocate tasks efficiently to warehouse teams and maintain real-time operational visibility.
- Support staff in resolving issues while ensuring KPI targets are consistently met.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and reliability.
- Ensure 100% compliance with H&S protocols, waste management, and company policies.
- Rooting out inefficiencies and continuously improved workflows and accuracy.
- Reporting and data management, including productivity metrics and process compliance.
Essential Requirements
We’re looking for a self-motivated warehouse professional with:
✔ Experience in fast-paced logistics, particularly in warehouse coordination, inbound/outbound processing, or stock control. ✔ Ability to allocate tasks effectively and support small teams under pressure. ✔ Strong awareness of stock movements, reporting procedures, and Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint). ✔ Excellent communication skills—balancing operational clarity with customer service drive. ✔ Adaptability, flexibility, and reliability—ready to step up during peak periods. ✔ Commitment to Health & Safety professionalism—ensuring compliance at all levels.
