Cold Chain Warehouse Operative

A Cold Chain Warehouse Operative is responsible for handling, storing, and moving temperature-sensitive products, such as food, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare products, within a refrigerated or frozen warehouse environment. They ensure products are maintained at the correct temperatures throughout the supply chain to preserve quality, safety, and compliance with industry regulations.


About the Role

We are looking for a Warehouse Cold Chain Operative to ensure all QuickSTAT & Sterling Aviation consignments are processed upon receipt & dispatch from the Quick LHR Facility in conjunction with the company’s documented procedures.

This role is 4 days on and 4 days off shift - 6am to 6pm

How You Create Impact

  • Responsibility for maintaining the required stock levels of QuickSTAT’s packing solutions, temperature monitoring devices, GPS tracker inventory.
  • Responsibility for ensuring all Warehouse activities is completed in conjunction with QuickSTAT’s documented procedures.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by ensuring all personnel within the Warehouse & Yard areas are always wearing the appropriate personal protection equipment (PPE).
  • Challenge without conflict, any behaviour by your colleagues / contractors or 3rd parties which would constitute an unsafe act / unsafe condition.
  • Participate in and actively encourage & promote the importance of reporting near miss and safety concerns aiming for a zero-accident record.
  • Upholding of all company rules / policies in relation to QSHE matters.
  • Charging & programming of QuickSTAT’s Liquid Nitrogen shippers.
  • Charging, programming & activation of QuickSTAT’s GPS tracker inventory.
  • Responsibility for the conditioning, activation, and stock control of QuickSTAT’s temperature monitoring device inventory.
  • Cleaning, quality checks, conditioning, assembly & internal computer system updates relating to QuickSTAT’s PCM inventory.
  • Preparation & replenishment of QuickSTAT’s dry ice consignments in conjunction with client requirements.
