Job Description

Shift

Monday-Friday AM & PM weekly rotation.

Salary

Non MHE £26,409.65, MHE T1 £27,450.65, MHE T2 £27,971.15

Purpose of the Role

  • Provide operational support to the Shift Supervisor.
  • Deputise for the Shift Supervisor during periods of absence.
  • Act as a role model for Warehouse Colleagues, demonstrating company core values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide training for new and existing staff.
  • Support stock receipt, pallet build, put-away, and despatch operations.
  • Support returned customer order processing to meet SLA targets.
  • Ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained.
  • Maintain stock integrity and accuracy.
  • Support staffing and efficiency planning.
  • Develop team members and support succession planning.
  • Manage and motivate the team to achieve KPIs.
  • Monitor operational efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively and solve operational challenges.
