Job Description
Shift
Monday-Friday AM & PM weekly rotation.
Salary
Non MHE £26,409.65, MHE T1 £27,450.65, MHE T2 £27,971.15
Purpose of the Role
- Provide operational support to the Shift Supervisor.
- Deputise for the Shift Supervisor during periods of absence.
- Act as a role model for Warehouse Colleagues, demonstrating company core values.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide training for new and existing staff.
- Support stock receipt, pallet build, put-away, and despatch operations.
- Support returned customer order processing to meet SLA targets.
- Ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained.
- Maintain stock integrity and accuracy.
- Support staffing and efficiency planning.
- Develop team members and support succession planning.
- Manage and motivate the team to achieve KPIs.
- Monitor operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively and solve operational challenges.
