We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Controller. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for fostering a collaborative work environment.

Job Purpose

Warehouse control of day-to-day functions and routines within the designated department. Record and control of documentation and files.

Responsibilities

  • To administer all Warehouse Documents and ensure all consignments are photographed on arrival into the warehouse as per the company’s Storage Standards
  • Update the computer system on a day-to-day basis as necessary
  • Customer liaison and communication link between the company and our clients, including internal relationships
  • To ensure that all clients are dealt with in an effective and efficient manner
  • To ensure that all consignments received in and handed out are quality checked and meet the company’s Storage Standards
  • To assist in the operational department when required
  • To communicate with the Operations Team / RQM
  • To operate forklift trucks and crane equipment
  • Warehouse and road crew duties as required
