About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and driven Warehouse Coordinator to support our operation in a pivotal, customer-focused role. As the central coordinator on shift, you’ll ensure smooth, efficient, and safe warehouse operations while leading and supporting your team.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone ready to step into a hands-on leadership and coordination role within a structured, high-performing organisation.
Working Hours (Rotational): 05:30 – 14:00 & 13:30 – 22:00 (Mondays to Fridays).
Responsibilities
Your key duties will include:
- Day-to-day coordination: Overseeing daily operations, dynamically assign labour based on workload, and maintain visibility of workflows, risks, and backlogs.
- Resource management: Allocate resources efficiently, prioritise tasks against KPIs and customer demands, ensuring consistent delivery.
- Performance monitoring: Track productivity, service levels, and accuracy standards across the shift.
- Shift leadership: Lead clear handovers, guide and develop team members, and foster accountability.
- Problem-solving: Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges promptly.
- Communications: Act as the first point of escalation; provide clear briefings and maintain transparent coordination.

We’re looking for a candidate with:
- Experience in logistics or warehouse environments, ideally within a fast-paced setting.
- Proven coordination or supervisory experience—leading small teams or managing intricate workflows.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise, adapt quickly, and make well-judged decisions under pressure.
- Leadership confidence: Ability to communicate clearly, mentor, and drive teams.
- Data-driven mindset: Comfortable handling data, leveraging Excel and warehouse management systems, and employing critical analysis.
- Proactive approach: Willingness to roll up sleeves, support operations hands-on, and ensure seamless movement of goods.
