YOUR ROLE

We are recruiting for a proactive and driven Warehouse Coordinator to join our operation in a key, client-supported role. Acting as the central point of coordination on shift, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth, efficient and safe warehouse operations while leading and supporting the wider team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a more hands-on leadership and coordination role within a well-structured and high-performing environment. Working Hours (Rotational) will be 05:30 – 14:00 & 13:30 – 22:00 (Monday to Friday).

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As the central control point on shift, you will drive the smooth, efficient running of warehouse operations, owning resource allocation, prioritising workload against KPIs and customer demands, and ensuring consistent delivery.

Coordinate daily activity, dynamically assign labour based on volume and priorities, and maintain full visibility of workflow, risks and backlogs, taking swift action when needed. Acting as the first point of escalation, you will lead clear shift handovers, monitor performance across productivity, service and accuracy, and keep standards high. On the floor, providing hands on leadership and guidance, supporting and developing operatives, delivering engaging briefings, and driving accountability.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
