What you'll do...
Agratas is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons. We design, develop and manufacture high-quality, sustainable battery technologies that will power the future of mobility and energy storage.
As we continue building one of Europe's most advanced battery manufacturing facilities, we are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to support the safe, efficient and reliable operation of our Warehouse & Logistics function.
Working at the heart of our manufacturing operation, you will coordinate warehouse activities, lead and support operational teams, drive inventory accuracy and ensure the efficient flow of materials to production. You'll work closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, Logistics and IT teams to maintain operational performance, improve warehouse systems and processes, and uphold the highest standards of safety, quality and compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape world-class warehouse operations within a fast-paced and highly automated manufacturing environment.
The team you'll join...
You'll join the Logistics Operations team, a critical function within Agratas' wider Manufacturing organisation responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and uninterrupted flow of materials across the gigafactory. Working closely with Production, Planning, Procurement and Supply Chain teams, the function plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production schedules and enabling operational excellence as we scale one of Europe's most advanced battery manufacturing facilities.

What you'll do...
We're looking for an experienced warehouse professional who combines operational expertise with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. You will be passionate about safety, continuous improvement and delivering high standards across warehouse operations.
You Will Ideally Have
- Experience within warehouse, logistics or materials operations in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading or coordinating operational teams.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP or similar inventory management systems.
- Experience managing stock accuracy, inventory control and cycle count processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and KPI performance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- A strong understanding of warehouse health, safety and compliance requirements.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving manufacturing environment.
