Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct online compliance reviews for new dangerous goods products entering UK & EU warehouses, including verification of merchant MSDS documentation, hazardous material properties, UN numbers, and hazard classifications to ensure accurate and compliant categorisation.
  • Coordinate inbound shipment warehouse allocation based on product category, warehouse admission criteria, and capacity limits across facilities.
  • Perform packaging solution compatibility reviews for all newly inbound products in accordance with warehouse packaging standards.
  • Monitor customer complaint trends associated with packaging solutions, and proactively initiate improvement requests for products with identified anomalies.

  • Education background in logistics, packaging, or related fields is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce warehousing and logistics preferred.
  • Prior experience in dangerous goods compliance review, DG auditing, or hazardous materials assessment is a strong plus.
  • Language skills: Proficient English, and Chinese-speaker will be preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and methodical, with a strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and a foundational awareness of compliance and risk management.
