Warehouse Operative / Relief Driver (HGV Class 2)
Location: Horsham (Oakhurst Business Park, Southwater)
Salary: £32,000-£34,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + bonus & benefits
Hours: Monday-Friday & daytime hours only

We’re looking for a reliable and flexible Warehouse Operative with a valid HGV Class 2 licence to join our logistics team.
This is a primarily warehouse-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work but is also happy to step into a driving role when required. You’ll support our transport team by covering delivery routes during holidays and absence, helping us maintain excellent service to our customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock
- Supporting stock control, inventory checks, and general warehouse organisation
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
- Providing HGV Class 2 delivery cover when required (local multi-drop routes)
- Loading vehicles safely and completing delivery paperwork
- Delivering a professional, customer-focused service at all times

What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in a busy warehouse environment
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Flexible approach – happy to work mainly in the warehouse with occasional driving duties to cover as required
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-focused attitude
- Good understanding of health and safety practices
- Valid Forklift licences (Counterbalance and/or Reach would be useful but training can be provided)
