Warehouse First Line Manager - Skelmersdale (N соответственно до £34,909)

  • Pay Rate: £32,000.00 per annum (tracked to RBS N (£32,000-£34,909))
  • Grade: RCS N
  • Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
  • Location: DHL Skelmersdale, WN8 8DY
  • Shift Pattern: 4 shifts on, 4 shifts off (13:00 - 00:30)

The Role: Warehouse First Line Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor & Report – Supervise facets of warehousing performance in your designated area, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Lead Team Performance – Set clear job expectations for direct reports while maintaining standards of excellence and safety—meeting deadlines every time.
  • Operational Coordination – Track orders using our in-house digital tracking system, ensuring records are accurate and well-maintained.
  • Health & Safety – Lead workplace safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations and a secure environment for all employees.
