We’re seeking a talented Warehouse First Line Manager to lead our Fashion & Apparel operation in Rushden, ensuring high standards in service, efficiency, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
About the Role
This is a full-time permanent position, working Sunday to Thursday from 06:00 to 14:00, supporting a global retail giant known for delivering high-quality fashion products.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching, and developing your team to meet operational and customer service targets
- Monitoring KPIs, productivity, and quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement
- Investigating and resolving operational issues to maintain exceptional service
- Collaborating with inventory, operational, and support teams to achieve site objectives
- Championing health and safety, ensuring compliance and a secure working environment

Requirements
To succeed, you must have:
- Previous experience leading teams in a warehouse, logistics, or operational environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and Microsoft Office, plus a solid understanding of operational processes
- Proactiveness and a results-driven mindset
