Warehouse First Line Manager - Nights
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Mon to Fri, Sun to Thurs ( could be rotational), 7:00 pm to 3:30 am
Location: BT36 4PE

We're now looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager-Nights to plan, coordinate, supervise and report upon the activities of the warehouse team while providing effective communication, leadership, motivation & training to the team.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
Responsible for the safe, legal and efficient execution of warehouse operations during a duty shift to customer SLA's/KPI's Control your operational processes (inbound, picking, outbound, etc), fulfilling service levels agreed and deadlines established Daily operations, issue management and resolution for the warehouse and with transport Management of short & long term absence and disciplinaries in line with policy, ensuring all colleagues comply with the DHL Code of Conduct Promote employee engagement, including EOS, GPTW surveys and nominations for colleagues to recognise excellence.

3 years of experience working as a supervisor/manager within the Logistics Industry H&S compliance, ensuring and promoting the best H&S Standards, e.g. using safety conversations and Gemba problem-solving processes Experience in team management Able to work well under pressure Good communication skills Shows passion, right first time attitude, can-do approach and respect to others
