Warehouse First Line Manager - Nights
Pay Rate
£32,371.74 + 12% Shift Pay = £36,256 per annum

Shift Patterns
- Nights: Sunday to Thursday - 22:00 to 06:30 (can be up to 08:30 during busy periods)
- Plus 4 additional Fridays per year
- Annualised hours contract

A Typical Day May Involve
- Ensuring goods are received, stored, assembled and delivered to Customers / Distribution Centres in a time critical and fast moving Warehouse environment
- Providing guidance, support and training to the warehouse colleagues
- Assisting with the day to day running of the Shift, correctly utilising labour to meet budgeted targets and KPI's
- Successfully manage the team in line with company operating systems and all other policies and procedures.
This Role Would Suit People Who
- Have previous experience in supervisory role within a Warehouse environment - management experience is essential for this position
- Good level of IT skills
- Good knowledge of Trailer weight/load weight knowledge
- Experience working to tight deadlines in a warehouse setting
