Warehouse First Line Manager - Weekends (15% weekend premium)
Pay Rate: £31,650.87 plus 15% weekend premium
Grade: RCS N
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Working Saturday and Sunday 6am-6pm and 2x 8hr shifts Monday-Friday
Location: Manton Wood - Workop
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse First Line Manager to join our fast-paced operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional to take the next step in their leadership career, driving performance, safety, and efficiency across shift operations.
What You'll Do
- Conduct effective handovers with the previous shift to ensure continuity
- Deliver engaging shift briefs, outlining priorities and daily objectives
- Review and act on previous shift performance and operational learnings
- Promote and maintain a strong health & safety culture at all times
- Manage and monitor team productivity to achieve performance targets
- Ensure all products are picked, processed, and dispatched accurately and on time
- Provide hands-on leadership and support to your team throughout the shift

- Proven experience within a warehouse environment
- Previous experience leading or managing teams
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operation
