We’re now seeking an experienced Warehouse Flow Room Manager to drive this next chapter of our growth.
Responsibilities
As Warehouse Flow Room Manager, your core duties will include:
- Leading and managing a team of Flow Room Leads and Controllers
- Monitoring warehouse automation systems, alarms, and control room activities to ensure smooth operations
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation performance, productivity, and service delivery
- Collaborating closely with Warehouse Control System (WCS) Engineers, IT teams, and automation providers to resolve operational issues
- Ensuring all system-generated issues are identified, resolved, and escalated appropriately

Requirements
This role would suit individuals with:
- Previous experience managing operational, control room, or automation teams within a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment
- Experience with Warehouse Control Systems (WCS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or warehouse automation technologies
- Strong people management and leadership experience
- Experience with analysing operational data and producing management reports
