The Role
- Responsible for overseeing the effective receipt of Inbound Goods from a supplier perspective as well as from a returns perspective.
- Key to ensuring effective use of our MHE equipment and our high bay racking to maximise capacities and ensure smooth stock flow into outbound areas.
- Oversees the VAS (Kitting department) to ensure smooth transition of stock from a MO through to a kitted version.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage all people processes, including:
- Recruitment
- Onboarding
- Performance management
- Absence
- Employee relations
- Develop, train, and motivate your team to drive engagement and high performance.
- Act as a role model for Clarins values in all behaviours and decisions.
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance, including:
- Training
- Reporting
- Safe working practices
- Oversee and resolve stock variance queries accurately and efficiently.
- Manage workloads effectively across multiple operational areas to meet business priorities.
- Drive efficient space management to support smooth process flow and operational performance.
- Ensure processes are delivered on time and in line with business KPIs and SLAs.
- Maintain high site standards, ensuring:
- Excellent housekeeping
- A safe working environment
- Support warehouse fulfilment activities as required to meet operational demands.

You Have
- 3+ years’ experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment, with strong knowledge of stock processes.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and time-management skills, enabling you to manage priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build productive relationships across multiple departments.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with bespoke client requirements.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly:
- Excel
- Outlook
- Word
- Analytical mindset, with experience in:
- Generating operational reports
- Interpreting operational reports
- Acting on operational reports
- Hands-on experience using Warehouse Management Systems, including WMS and M3.
