Warehouse Labourer
Warehouse Labourer (With Forklift Licence) – Your Retreats Ltd
About Your Retreats Ltd Joining a dynamic team specialising in construction projects for park and luxury lodges, we’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Labourer with a valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence to support our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse and factory environment
- Cleaning production and warehouse areas (e.g., workstations, walkways, and storage)
- Receiving, unloading, and storing incoming stock and materials efficiently
- Picking and preparing materials for delivery to production teams or construction sites
- Operating a forklift truck safely to move stock, materials, and equipment
- Loading and unloading vehicles as required
- Conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies
- Emptying waste bins and ensuring correct waste disposal
- Adhering to health and safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Assisting the Warehouse Manager and wider team with general duties as needed

Requirements
- Valid forklift (FLT) licence (preferably counterbalance)
- Previous experience in a warehouse, factory, or construction environment
- Strong work ethic, proactive approach to housekeeping, and organisational skills
- High attention to detail, ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Physically fit, capable of manual handling tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to a safe working environment
